A few bottles at the Scala Dei winery in Priorat (Priorato), Spain. Cellers de Scala Dei is one of the traditional wine producers in the small village Scala Dei. They use a lot of Garnacha, slow fermentation and long maceration with the grape skins to extract as much colour and aromas as possible for the wines. One of their best wines, Negre Scala Dei, is made in a more modern style though.
