Wooden barrels with a wooden plug (bung hole stopper) with iron wire that is used to burn sulphur pellets inside the barrique to clean and disinfect the barrel. A sulfur pellet is mounted on the wire for burning. Domaine Gilles Robin, Les Chassis, Mercurol, Drome, Drôme, France, Europe.
