Domaine Sainte-Anne in Saint-Gervais (Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages) was created in the 1960s. They make wines with good structure (wine-speak for well made) that sometimes need quite a bit of bottle age. Both Syrah and Mourvèdre are successful here and give much more concentrated wines than is usual in southern Rhone.
