Domaine Eric Rominger is a small, family run wine estate in the town of Westhalten in the southern part of Alsace (France). The winery is located along the main road. It was founder by Armand Rominger but is managed by Eric Rominger since 1986 when he joined as winemaker after finishing his oenology education.

The winery includes some 12 hectares of vineyards spread out over several different plots. They have a significant holding of the Zinnkoepflé Grand Cru (4.8 ha) which is just across the road from the winery itself. They also have some vines in the Gaering grand cru, as well as in several other locations. The vineyards are today managed organically, and even biodynamic. The vineyards are planted with a variety of grape varieties: pinot gris, gewurztraminer, riesling…
